A Flight Parent is a volunteer who accompanies rescue animals on a flight from Cyprus (usually Larnaka Airport) to destinations in Europe. They escort the animals in the hold or cabin so shelters can rehome animals internationally at lower cost.

When I stay overnight in Munich I prefer prefer to stay in Freising ( a small town easily reachable by bus from the Munich Airport ) at the Mercure Hotel Freising ideally located close to Munich Airport, the hotel offers the perfect starting point for local activities, whether that be a business appointment perhaps even in conjunction with a conference at the hotel, or a short city break in Freising and Munich... I find it reasonable priced and good value for money. Check it out yourself.

Pets will be checked in usually at Gate 13 next to Larnaca Airport. Please familiarize yourself with the new Crate Specs from IATA and Aegean and maybe other Airlines as well.
