New Corona Related Entry Restrictions into Germany
Entry registration from 8 November:
As of November 8, 2020, travelers who have been in a risk area (WHICH INCLUDES CYPRUS AND GREECE) for the last 10 days must register at www.einreiseanmeldung.de before arriving in Germany and carry proof of registration with them upon entry.
New measures in the fight against COVID-19:
From 2 November until provisionally 30 November, hotels or other accommodation should only offer overnight stays for necessary travel, according to a decision of the Federal Government and Provinces. Overnight accommodation offers for touristic journeys are in principle no longer permitted.
A visa for touristic purposes will therefore only be possible in exceptional cases.
The federal states are responsible for the implementation of the regulation. Whether a trip is possible in individual cases therefore depends on the regulations of the federal state to which the trip is to be made. Travelers can find further information (only in German language) here:

Orginal German Text:
Einreiseanmeldung ab 8. November:
Ab 8.
